Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is generally 7–25 business days after dispatch, depending on the product, destination, carrier and customs processing. Any estimate shown at checkout or in an order update is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping charges

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery availability depends on the destination and product.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email or phone number provided with the order. Tracking may take several days to update after dispatch.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Address changes and failed delivery

Please check the shipping address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refusal or repeated failed delivery may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

Delays, loss or damage

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or a parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact.krishna.email@gmail.com with the order number and relevant photos. We will review the issue with the carrier or fulfilment partner.
